MiningGEOSYNTHETICS MANUFACTURING, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION ACROSS AFRICA
ISO 9001 MILL INPUTS. GRI & ASTM GRADES. IN-HOUSE QA/QC.
We manufacture dewatering tubes, sand containers, PVDs, fin drains, drop-in liners, floating covers, pipe boots, drainage pipes and gabions in our Johannesburg facility, from globally recognised roll goods made in ISO 9001-certified mills. Every closure and weld is tested and traceable before it leaves our factory.

HOW WE DELIVER
ONE CONTRACT. FIVE STAGES. ONE SIGNATURE.
Geosynthetics Africa delivers material selection, manufacturing and fabrication, supply, cross-border logistics, installation and QA/QC documentation under one contract. Appoint us for material supply or for an integrated supply-and-installation package; we set the testing requirements and handover deliverables in our QA/QC plan before work starts.

Method statements, panel layouts and specification alignment coordinated by our application engineers - ensuring materials and quantities match project requirements before procurement.

We fabricate project articles in our own factory from ISO 9001-mill roll goods, and supply globally recognised HDPE liners, GCLs, geotextiles and geogrids to GRI and ASTM grades, delivered to site with freight, customs clearance and bonded transport managed end to end.

Installed by certified welding technicians using dual-track fusion and extrusion welding, with daily trial welds and subgrade acceptance before geomembrane deployment.

Air-channel testing of fusion seams (ASTM D5820) and vacuum-box testing of extrusion welds (ASTM D5641), with destructive peel/shear testing (ASTM D6392) recorded against the approved project CQA plan.

A complete, audit-ready CQA dossier—including panel traceability maps, weld records, test results and as-built drawings - with signed handover and warranty documentation from one accountable partner.
